Press Releases
Governor Pat Quinn has proclaimed the month of May as “Motorcycle
Awareness” month. This effort, to remind the motoring
public that with warmer weather more motorcycles will be on
our highways, followed IDOT’s April reminder to
motorcyclists to “Gear
Up”—wear proper riding gear, take advantage of the free
motorcycle classes , make sure you are properly licensed,
obey all traffic laws and DON’T DRINK AND RIDE.
